Harvest
Everything grown has to be processed by first frost. Whatever made is what is available for that year. Once its sold out (which it always does) then we have to wait on the season to roll back around.
On the farm you'll find a small cadre of farmers, family members, interns, volunteers, and employees, all attending to the daily needs of hundreds of goats and chickens and a few jersey cows, happily living on pasture as nature intended.
