All sales are final sale and no refunds and returns are permitted.

Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also download Route for alerts and updates

International orders may take 14-21 days to arrive.

We currently ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We also ship to Canada, The United Kingdom, Germany and Australia.

Items that cannot ship internationally include:

• Certain Heavy or Delicate items
• CBD/Hemp Items
• E-Cigarettes

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package, shipping location, and carrier.

As an e-commerce company based in the US, we are required to charge sales tax, which may vary over time and depending on the state to which items are being shipped. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have an account with SHEN, you can also track your order in the Account section. You can also download Route for alerts and updates.

We strongly recommend you select Route shipping insurance when checking out. If Route insurance is not selected we cannot refund or replace your package. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it the carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check the surrounding areas or with neighbors. In the case the package still isn’t cound please contact info@shen-beauty.com 

Please email info@shen-beauty.com and include a photo of the items and a description of the damage. All damages need to be reported within 2 weeks of delivery receipt. Please keep our environment in mind, and respect that we only send out replacements if a product is damaged to the point that it is unusable.

Any amendments or cancellations to orders must be made before an order ships, usually within 24 hours of placing the order. Please have your order number ready and email our Customer Experience team at info@shen-beauty.com.
