In the wake of COVID-19, we've taken a few extra precautions to keep both our customers and employees protected. As per New York state mandates, all staff members will wear masks and gloves inside the store and have their temperatures taken prior to their shift. All areas will be sanitized frequently and service appointments will be spaced out to allow extra time for disinfecting between clients. We will closely monitor the amount of people shopping to maintain adequate social distancing. Communal testers will no longer be available; instead we will offer contactless product sampling with the assistance of a team member. We hope with these new procedures that you'll be able to experience safe shopping and services in our store.
In addition, if you have booked an appointment, as you arrive please be sure to sign our COVID-19 form upon entering the store. This is to ensure the safety of the staff and customers. The form includes information including where you have recently gone and with whom. If you are feeling ill and/or have recently been near someone who is ill, please DO NOT enter the store. We are striving to keep all staff and customers safe, and we ask that you cancel your appointment and reschedule when you are healthy and without risk of exposing others. Finally, all masks are required to stay on during the entire duration of ALL services. If you do not have a mask when you arrive, we will provide you with one, as you will not be allowed to enter the store without a mask.
