At SHEN, health and safety as our top priority, we've taken a number of steps throughout the pandemic in support of our team, customers and clients that increased safety and disinfecting measures in our store and service rooms.
We have updated our store policy, as now you are no longer required to show proof of vaccination to book a service. But we still request all customers that are feeling ill and/or have recently been near someone who is ill, please DO NOT enter the store. We are striving to keep all staff and customers safe, and we ask that you cancel your appointment and reschedule when you are healthy and without risk of exposing others. We also no longer require, masks for customers, clients and staff if you would like your service provide to wear a mask, they will upon clients request.
