Adee Drexler, Founder and creative powerhouse of Infinity Creative Agency shares her thoughtful beauty routine

Name: Adee Drexler @adeedrex
Profession: Founder and CEO of Infinity Creative Agency
Skin type: Dry
Hair type: Dry
Duration of beauty routine: 10 mins
Walk us through your daily beauty routine: I never miss a weekly blow dry with @nicolasfloreshair - it lasts a full week. My hair is dry and textured, and Nicolas works magic on me every time. I couldn't do my hair without his help sometimes!
I am a minimalist when it comes to makeup. I use Merit beauty products. I love the complexion stick - it is multipurpose. It’s not a foundation or concealer, but it will replace both in your makeup routine, which makes it that much more efficient. I also use their flush balm cream blush because it's beyond easy to use. I swear by Giorgio Armani mascara and Boy Brow. If I want to have full glam for an event or a big meeting, I have @leahdarceymakeup do my makeup. She is the BEST!

What is your philosophy on beauty? Less is more for me.
What is your best beauty advice? Take care of your skin and you won't need much else.
What is the best beauty advice you've ever been given, and by whom? My aunt was a beauty aesthetician and she taught my sister and me how to take care of our skin at an early age. As kids she made us wear sunscreen. I feel like she gave us a gift by teaching us that lesson and always ensuring we had SPF. I am obsessed with EltaMD sunscreen. It's lightweight and leaves my skin glowing. Other must-have products are Vintner's Daughter Active Botanical Serum. I use it every night, and Lucas Papaw ointment is a MUST - I carry it in every bag I own.
What's the biggest beauty mistake you've ever made? Over plucking my eyebrows in high school!
What do you love most about your job? Every day is different. There are new challenges and wins that keep it exciting!

What is your favorite part of owning a digital agency? My favorite part is seeing the impact of the work we do. There is nothing better than seeing months of work and creative ideas come to fruition for everyone to see and experience!
Is there any advice you would give to your younger self? For sure I would tell myself to stop stressing - it all works out in the end.
Is there one person who feel like really helped you in your career and if so, who and why? My husband for sure! He's been next to me since day one of ICA. He's been my biggest cheerleader and supporter.
